  • No drilling, no soil disruption, no coring for bait systems
  • Total infestation elimination in 3 months or less -- 6 times faster than bait systems
  • Environmentally responsible, low-dose odorless formulation meets the stringent standards of the Food Quality Protection Act
  • Requires no secondary form of treatment -- unlike bait system treatments that often use liquid treatments like Termidor to  speed up the process of the bait system alone

Our termite treatment method

How Does Termidor Work?

When performing a termite treatment in Columbia, MO and surrounding areas, we inject Termidor® around the perimeter of the home to create a boundary for termites to come in contact with. Because of its advanced undetectable technology, termites can’t smell, see or feel the product. Consequently, they forage freely in the treated zone and ingest the Termidor®. Whenever a termite ingests or touches Termidor®, the termite becomes a “carrier,” transferring Termidor® to every other termite it contacts. These termites, in turn, become secondary carriers, transferring the treatment to every termite they contact. This unique, spiraling process is called the “Transfer Effect™,” and it helps Termidor® deliver quick, guaranteed results unmatched by any other product.

These treatments can be performed after an infestation has been found, but also can be performed as a preventative measure for both pre-construction and post-construction properties alike!

Your Lifetime, Transferable Warranty

Enjoy knowing that your home has been treated with the most efficient treatment method in the United States. Be sure to schedule your annual warranty inspection once per year to maintain the warranty and ensure that there is never any new activity. If any activity is found during an annual warranty inspection, we will take care of it at no additional charge. After ten years of maintaining your warranty, we will perform an additional re-treatment to make sure you still have plenty of coverage against termites on your property! If you choose to sell the property, we will keep the warranty active for the new homeowner to pick up.

Taking the Step to Treat Your Home

Contact us for a free inspection so we can check your home for any signs of termite, including live termites or traces of their activity. We are more than happy to assist in answering any treatment and warranty questions you may have.

Before you purchase a home or business property, it is crucial that you check your new investment for any signs of wood destroying insects. For a small fee, we can file an NPMA-33 report which will give you information regarding wood destroying insects on the home and our recommendations for treatment. This form can be used to present to the sellers of your property as well.

We work closely with the Columbia Board of Realtors and value our relationship with their clients during the home purchasing process, and into the future as they plan annual protection against all pests for their home and family!
